Locate Your Ticket(s)
1. Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.
2. At the top right corner of the screen, hover over your profile picture to click on "View Profile."
3. You should see a "My Ticket(s)" section on the front page of your profile.
Contacting the Event Organizer
1. Select the event in which you want to contact the Event Organizer about. In this scenario I would be clicking on "Eventeny's November Webinar."
2. Scroll down until you see the Event Organizer's information. Click on the "Message" option.
3. Alternatively, you can also click on "View Details" right next to the ticket that you have purchased.
4. Scroll all the way down once again and you will find the "Contact Event Organizer" button.
When to Reach Out to Event Organizers?
You should reach out to event organizers for the following reasons:
1. There is something wrong with your ticket or you want a refund.
2. You have a question about the event that is not answered in the FAQ section.
3. You or your party need to inquire about special accommodations.
4. You are having trouble with finding the event.
What if I Can't Reach the Event Organizer?
If you are having trouble reaching the event organizer, please contact Eventeny customer support.
