Locate Your Ticket(s)
1. Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.
2. At the top right corner of the screen, hover over your profile picture to click on "View Profile."
3. Once you are on your profile, you should see a section labeled, "My ticket(s)." Go ahead and click on "View Details" next to the ticket you wish to switch.
4. You should see a page that is identical to the confirmation page you received when you first purchased the ticket. To the right, click on ⇄ Switch tickets.
5. Lastly, choose the ticket you want to switch to using the dropdown box and click ✔ Switch ticket. Options may vary depending on the event. If you do not see your desired date and time, it could be because the event is sold out.

Note: If you are switching to a lower priced ticket, you will not be refunded the difference. The only way to receive a possible refund is if you reach out to the event organizer via message. |
