Getting Started
1. Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.
2. At the top of the homepage, hover over the “My Events” tab and select the event you wish to work with.
3. This is your event dashboard. Navigate to the "Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors" tab and select "Applications."
Enabling Date Selection
1. This is your applications page for Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors. To enable date selection during the application process, click the blue "Edit application" button under the application you wish to enable date selection on.
2. Scroll down until you see the "Questions" header.
3. Under the "Questions" header, locate the "Event dates selection" question.
4. To the right, toggle the "Event dates selection" to on. The toggle should turn blue, and a red asterisk should appear next to the question. This indicates that "Event dates selection" is a required question on the application.
5. If you'd like to disable date selection, simply switch the toggle to off. It should turn back to a grey color.
Approving/Rejecting Date Selections
Once your artists, vendors & exhibitors apply, their applications will populate under the submission list. This is where you can approve or reject their application, as well as their date selections.
1. Click on "Submission List" under the "Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors" tab.
2. When an applicant makes a date selection, it will show directly on the submission list under the "Series" header.
3. Click on "view submission" to the right of the applicant.
Note: We recommend you approve the applicant submission before approving/rejecting date selections to avoid confusion. At the same time, it goes without saying that applicants should be approved as a whole if you plan to approve their date selection(s). |
4. Scroll down the submission to the "Event dates selected" header.
5. These are the dates the applicant has selected to attend your event. To the right of the date selections, you may notice four options. These options reflect the same meaning for when you approve, reject, waitlist, or withdraw the applicant as a whole.
6. In the same way, you may approve, reject, waitlist, or withdraw the applicant's date selection as well.
7. Whatever you choose, the status icon to the left of the options and back on the submission list will change accordingly.
Can I Choose Dates for My Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors?
Unfortunately, this is not yet a possibility on Eventeny. Only artists, vendors & exhibitors can make date selections. If you'd like your applicants to make a particular date selection, we suggest notifying them separately or simply withdraw/reject the selection when they apply.
Alternatively, if you want to make a date selection unavailable (no longer visible to the public), you can remove the date from your event page. Learn more how to manage your recurring event dates.
