Ticket Check-In Process on the Eventeny Mobile App

Download the Eventeny mobile app for iOS or Android

Once downloaded, log in to your existing Eventeny account to get started.

 

FIND YOUR EVENT                            

  1. Make sure your event is set to live for it to be accessible in the app.
  2. Open the Eventeny App.
  3. Search for your event name.
  4. Select your event.

QR-CODE CHECK-IN

  1. Select the admin tab on the lower right-hand side of the screen. 
  2. Locate the “Tickets” selection at the top.
  3. Scan the QR code sent to your applicant’s email.
  4. Select the appropriate applicant. 
  5. Click “check-in.”
  6. A confirmation will appear to verify check-in success.

SEARCH CHECK-IN                      

  1. Select the admin tab on the lower right-hand side of the screen. 
  2. Locate the “Tickets” selection at the top.
  3. Search the applicant by name or confirmation code. 
  4. Select the appropriate applicant. 
  5. Click “check-in”
  6. A confirmation will appear to verify check-in success.
