For most questions, it's best to contact the event organizer first.
As much as we would love to help, Eventeny is not able to answer questions relating to the following:
- General questions about the event (getting there, checking in, what to do if it rains, etc)
- Getting a refund for not being able to attend an event (click here for more info)
- Adding on things to your application once you've applied.
- Changing the dates that you'd like to attend an event.
- Swapping or upgrading your tickets.
- Why your application was denied for an event.
For all of the above listed questions, or any questions relating to specific details of an event, you're going to want to contact the event organizer.
