If you’re filling out an artist, vendor, or exhibitor application and run into issues where the page keeps buffering, the spinning fox animation won’t go away, or the “Save & Continue” button doesn’t work, follow the steps below.
Check Your Logo Size
One of the most common reasons the application page won’t move forward is because the uploaded logo is too large.
Make sure your logo image fits within the recommended resolution of 200px (width) x 200px (height).
If your file is larger, edit or resize it before uploading.
Once the logo fits the recommended size, try continuing your application again.
Clear Cache & Cookies
Old data stored in your browser may interfere with the application loading properly.
Clear your cache and cookies in your browser settings.
Restart the browser and log back into your account.
Disable VPNs and Pop-Up Blockers
VPNs can sometimes prevent the platform from saving data correctly. Turn off any active VPN before applying.
Pop-up blockers or certain browser extensions can also cause issues. Temporarily disable them and try again.
Try a Different Browser
Most users have the best experience using Google Chrome. If Chrome isn’t working:
Try Safari, DuckDuckGo, or Firefox.
Different browsers may perform better depending on your device
Try Incognito/Private Mode
This bypasses cached data and most extensions.
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) / Command+Shift+N (Mac)
Safari: File → New Private Window
Log in again and open the application fresh.
"Minimum Booth Selection Should Be 1" Error
This error occurs when at least one booth type in the event setup is not categorized as a "booth space." The system requires that at least one booth selection be made when a booth space is included. If the selected booth type is not labeled correctly, the system triggers this error.
How to Fix:
Event organizers should review all booth types in the event setup.
Ensure that every booth option vendors can select is assigned to the category "booth space."
Save the changes and ask the vendor to resubmit their application.
Once all relevant booth types are categorized correctly, vendors should be able to submit their applications without encountering this error.
