How to Tell if Your Purchase Was Successful
A successful ticket purchase will always result in:
A confirmation email being sent to you.
Tickets being issued to your Eventeny account.
If you did not receive a confirmation email and no tickets were issued, then the transaction was not completed successfully, even if you see a charge from Klarna. Use this guide to check if your tickets were issued to your account.
Why Was I Charged?
In most cases, the charge you see is a pending authorization rather than a completed payment.
A pending authorization is a temporary hold placed on your payment method while Klarna attempts to process the transaction. Since the ticket purchase was not completed, the authorization will expire and automatically disappear from your account within a few business days.
Depending on your bank, the charge may:
Remain in a pending status before disappearing.
Fall off your statement automatically.
Appear as a temporary authorization hold.
What Should I Do Next?
Step 1: Contact Klarna
Because the transaction did not complete successfully, you'll need to contact Klarna directly to determine why the payment was not processed.

Step 2: Wait for the Pending Authorization to Clear

Once you've resolved any issues with Klarna, you can return to Eventeny and attempt the purchase again.
After repurchasing, look for:
A confirmation email from Eventeny.
Tickets appearing in your Eventeny account.
If you receive both of these, your purchase was successful.
