Go to the Event Page
- Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.

Scroll towards the bottom of the home page until you see "See What's Happening Near You!" Here you can use the search bar and other filters to discover potential events to sponsor in your area.
- Once you find the event(s) you want to apply to click on the event to be taken to the event page.
Apply to be a Sponsor
- This is the event page. At the top, you should see various tabs including one labeled, "Sponsors." Go ahead and click that tab to be taken directly to the corresponding section.
When it comes to these tabs, not all are the same. Some event organizers will choose not to have a sponsor tab, or they can rename the tabs entirely. It's important to keep this in mind when browsing events to apply to. When in doubt, contact the event organizer for clarification! - Choose the sponsor application you want to apply to and click "Apply."
- This is the application. Before you begin the application, please look over the description as well as the terms and conditions. If everything sounds agreeable to you, click the blue "Start Registration" button.
Application Steps
Every application is different in that each application can ask for different information, some more or less than others. The examples below serve as a general idea or what to expect at a minimum when applying to be a sponsor. As long as you carefully fill out the entire application and read through the description and terms and conditions, you'll be golden! And remember, when in doubt, contact the event organizer for clarification!!
- The first step is to provide your business information. This is generally your name and contact information such as phone number and email. When you are finished, click the blue "Save & Continue" button.

Lastly is the price selection page. Make your price selection using the quantity drop-downs.
This is a section that can vary greatly. Some event organizers will create tier levels (such as the one shown below) or allow sponsors to enter an open amount of value. There also may be cash or in-kind options. Be sure to review this section carefully and reach out to the event organizer with any questions!
- When you are happy with your selections, choose your payment method, enter any special requests, agree to the terms and conditions, and enter your card (or bank) information.
When you are finished, check your selections one last time before clicking the blue "Submit" button.
After Submitting Your Application
- Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your application. After selecting your pricing options, you should be taken to a confirmation page. Here you can review/edit the information you entered.
To the right, you can also reach out to the event organizer if you have any event specific questions.
Some event organizers will not allow sponsors to edit their information after submitting or after approval. If you do not see the edit buttons written in blue text to the right of each section, reach out to the event organizer to inform them of your needed changes.
