What's In This Article?
This article assumes you have already gone through the process of creating an 'Other' application. If you have not already created an 'Other' application, start here instead.
LOCATING YOUR OTHER APPLICATIONS
- Sign in to your Eventeny account.
- From your event dashboard. Click the 'Other Applications' drop-down arrow on the left-hand side and then select 'Submissions list'.
- From the submissions list view, select the applications you would like to approve, waitlist, reject, or withdraw.
- Once the submissions are selected, the modal show below will appear with the option to approve, waitlist, reject or withdraw the submissions.
Bulk Approvals
- Select the applicants want to approve and click on the "Approve" button.

Input any approval instructions and/or additional comments that you would like included in the email sent to applicants once the approval is submitted.
- You will then decide whether to immediately charge any applications scheduled for payment at a later date. If you choose to do so, toggle the option to "Yes, charge items set to charge upon approval or charge at a later date."
- Click on "Approve all".
Bulk Rejections
- Select the submissions that you would like to reject and click on the "Reject" button.
- Provide a reason for the rejection, then choose the types of refunds to process by toggling next to each option. You can refund payments scheduled upon submission, upon approval, at a later date, or payments processed after an applicant selected a booth.
- Click on "Reject all".
Bulk Waitlisting
- Select the submissions that you would like to waitlist and click on the "Waitlist" button.
- Provide a reason for waitlisting the application or any message you'd like included in the email to the applicant. Then, click on "Waitlist all" to finalize the action.
Bulk Withdrawals
- Select the submissions that you would like to withdraw and click on the "Withdraw" button.
- Provide a reason for the withdrawal, then choose the types of refunds to process by toggling next to each option. You can refund payments scheduled upon submission, upon approval, at a later date, or payments processed after an applicant selected a booth.
- Click on "Withdraw all".
Whether the applications are approved, rejected, waitlisted, or withdrawn, the applicants will receive an email notification of the decision.
