The All Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors section on your Eventeny dashboard is the central repository of every applicant across all of your events. This means you can see all artists, vendors, and exhibitors in one place, without needing to open each event individually.
Find Your "All Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors" Repository
- Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny. From the homepage, hover over the "Organize" tab and select the "See all events" button.
- This opens the master list of all applicants tied to your account. At the top of the page, you’ll find summary charts to help you quickly understand vendor activity across all events:
Status Breakdown: How many applicants are Approved, Rejected, Waitlisted, Withdrawn, or Awaiting Decision.
Number of Vendors Applied: A month-by-month count of total vendor applications received.

Revenue Opportunity: The estimated revenue from vendor applications across all events.
Managing the Master List of Applicants

Below the charts, you’ll see the complete list of all vendors who have ever applied to any of your events. Each entry includes:
Logo & Business Name: Applicant identification.
Primary Contact: The main contact person for the applicant.
Tags: Internal labels you’ve applied for easier sorting.
Events: Which event(s) the applicant has participated in.
Applications: The specific booths, areas, or packages they applied for.

From the master list of all applicants, you can:
Search across all applicants using business name, contact, event, application, or tag.
Invite Vendors to apply for upcoming events using the Invite Vendors button.

The Event and Application columns are also hyperlinked, so you can quickly navigate:
Event Column: Click to be taken directly to the specific event’s dashboard.
Application Column: Click to open the vendor’s submitted application for a detailed view.
