Copy a Submission 

 

 
Please note that in order to copy a submission from one event to another, the target event must already have an application created. If not, you will receive an error message and be unable to complete the copy process.

 

  1. Navigate to the "Submissions List" in the "Artist, Vendors, and Exhibitors" drop-down menu of the event you want to copy a submission from.

  2. Click on the "view submission" button.

  3. Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the applicant submission's page and click on "Copy Submission."

  4. Select which event to copy the submission over to.

  5. Select the name of the application that you would like to copy the submission over to and decide which features of the application to copy such as "Questions", "Prices", and "Pictures". 

    Be sure to read the red modal that appears before proceeding. Click on "Copy application submission."

  6. If the event you are copying the event over to does not have any applications, you will receive the following error message.
