Locate Your Tickets

1. Make sure you are logged on to Eventeny.
   
   
2. Hover over your profile picture and click on view profile.
   
   
   
   
   

Select the ticket you want to edit

1. Scroll down to the tickets you want to edit the name and email on.
   
   
2. Click on view details.
   
   
   
   

Edit your ticket details

1. Find the ticket that you want to edit and click ✎ edit.
   
   
   
   
2. Update the name and email address on the ticket, as needed.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on ✓ Save.

1. How can I transfer my ticket to someone else? If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can easily do so by updating the attendee information on your ticket outlined in the steps above. 
   
   

2. Can I change the event date on my ticket after purchase? While you cannot change the event date on a ticket, you can possibly switch your ticket using this guide. Contact the event organizer directly if you need to discuss alternate arrangements due to scheduling conflicts.
   
   

3. How can I correct a typo in my name or email on a ticket? To correct a typo in your name or email on a ticket, follow the same steps as editing ticket details. Access your ticket under 'My Tickets,' click on 'View Details,' and edit your name or email under 'Attendee Information.' Save your changes to update the ticket.
   
   

4. What should I do if the 'Edit' button is not available for my ticket? If the 'Edit' button is not visible, this may be because the event organizer has restricted changes after purchase. Please reach out directly to the organizer for assistance with any necessary modifications to your ticket.
   
   

5. Is it possible to add more tickets to my existing order? You cannot add more tickets to an existing order through editing. Instead, you will need to make a new purchase for additional tickets through the event’s ticketing page.
