- Make sure you are logged on to Eventeny.
- Hover over your profile picture and click on view profile.
Select the ticket you want to edit

Scroll down to the tickets you want to edit the name and email on.
- Click on view details.
Edit your ticket details
- Find the ticket that you want to edit and click ✎ edit.
- Update the name and email address on the ticket, as needed.
- Click on ✓ Save.
