Add a new contract
- While on the admin side of your event, click on contracts.
- In the upper right hand corner of the event screen, click on + Upload New.

Upload your contract by selecting "upload file" on the modal the pops up and using the file explorer to select your file. You may only upload PDF files at this time, and they must be under 20MBs in size. Don't forget to name your contract! Make sure to use a unique, and easy to identify name, even if you are sending multiple contracts, such as "Vendor Contract - {Vendor Name}". Click ✓ Add to add your contract.

Verify that the contract shows in the contracts field. The status should show unlocked.
Prepare your contract for sending

Click on the name of the contract that you wish to prepare for sending.
- Click the Text Button on the left hand side of the navigation screen.
- Use the field options provided in the Text Editor to add header and paragraph text where necessary.
Make sure to click ✓ Save to ensure that your text gets saved!
- Use the field options provided in the Text Editor to add print and signature fields where necessary.
Send your contract

Navigate to the information tab of your contract.

Type the email of the person you wish to send the contract to in the email field, under "Export and Send". Click "➤ Send Contract".
They must have an existing account on Eventeny to receive the contract.
- Verify that the contract shows "Status: Sent🔒".
- Wait for the contract to be signed. The signer will get an email letting them know that a contract has been sent to them for review. They will then sign in to their account and be able to sign the contract.
Make changes to a sent contract
- Navigate back to the contract editor menu by using the steps listed above under "Prepare your contract".
- Click "🔓 Unlock" to unlock your document.
This will invalidate any previously sent signature requests.

Make any edits necessary using the steps listed above.
- Resend the document for signature. The signer will get a new email asking them to sign the newly prepared document.
