Copy Events
1. Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny. At the top of the home page, hover over the "See all events" tab.
2. You will be taken to your "My Events" page, which encompasses all of your event and company details. At the top right corner of the events section, click "Copy from Event" written in gray text.
3. Select which event you would like to copy from and click on the Next button.
4. Next, you’ll be prompted to review and update important event details such as the event name, type, status, venue location, timezone, currency, event dates and times, age restrictions, descriptions, terms and conditions, parking instructions, health and safety guidelines, and QR code settings before saving and continuing with the copied event setup.
⚠️ Heads Up: You will need to scroll within the pop-up modal to view and complete all available event settings and fields.
5. In the “Copy” step, select which event elements you would like to duplicate into the new event, such as cover pictures, highlights, media, applications, tickets, and more. You can use the “Select all” option to quickly copy all available elements or expand each section to customize what will be included. Once your selections are complete, click the Save button at the bottom right to continue.
6. Once you click the “Save” button, a confirmation message will appear letting you know that your event has been successfully copied. You will then be prompted to begin planning your new event.
