Copy Sponsor Deals From Prior Event

Learn how to copy sponsor deals from other events on Eventeny, including selecting deal components like contacts, deliverables, and invoices, and managing copied deals in your sponsor list.

Find Your Deals (Sponsor Submission List)

Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.

​At the top of the homepage, hover over the "Organize" tab and select the event you wish to work with.

From your event dashboard, click on the "Sponsors" tab and select the "Deals" option.

Copy Deal from Event

On your deals page, click on the 'Copy deal from event" button.

A modal will pop up allowing you to select a new closing date and choose the event from which to copy the deal. You can also decide whether to include components like company information, contact details, deliverables, invoices, or documents—all set to "No" by default. Toggle them to "Yes" as needed, then click "Copy" to proceed.

After clicking "Copy", you will be brought back to your deals page where you will see the copied deal show up in your sponsor deal list with a preceding title "[Copy of]".
