If you need to edit any of the information associated with photos an applicant uploaded during the process of submitting an application, simply follow the steps below.
Note that some fields, such as logos or vendor-specific answers, are tied to the vendor's account and cannot be directly edited by organizers. Organizers may need to enable editing permissions for vendors to update these fields.
Access Your Applicant Submissions
Log into your account on www.eventeny.com and select the event you wish to manage from the "Organize" tab.
Click on "Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors" tab and select "Submissions list".
Find the submission you would like to edit and select "view submission".
Scroll down until you reach the "Pictures" section of the application and click "edit info".
However, for vendor-specific fields like logos, organizers cannot directly edit these. Instead, they must enable editing permissions in the application settings and notify the vendor to make the changes.
Make the necessary changes and select the "Save" button.
Roles and Permissions

Steps for Enabling Edits
For Organizers:
Navigate to your application settings in Eventeny.
Temporarily enable editing for the vendor’s submission.
Notify the vendor that they can now make the necessary updates.
For Vendors:
Log in to your Eventeny account.
Access your submitted application.
Make the required changes, such as uploading a new logo, and save the updates.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Logo Upload Problems:
Ensure the image meets Eventeny’s size requirements.
If editing is disabled, contact the event organizer to request temporary editing access.
