From the map editor, select the seat feature on the left navigation bar.

​Click "+ New Seat". A new single seat will populate on the map.

Title your seat! This can be the seat number, table number, seat name, or whatever you'd like, but this is what the attendee will see when they are selecting their seat.

Move the seat where you want your new seat to be on the map.

​Utilize the options on the top of the map editor to edit things like size, text color, background color, rotation, and even the shape of the seat to customize your seat exactly how you want it to look on the seat map.

Shape: Choose from a variety of shapes to perfectly represent your seating.

Positioning: Tweak the X coordinates for pin-point placement.

Positioning: Tweak the Y coordinates for pin-point placement.

Sizing: Adjust the width of the seat

Sizing: Adjust the height of the seat

Rotation: Rotate the seat to match the layout or your vision.

Background: Pick a background color that sets the mood.

Text Size: Pick the size of the font.

Text Color: Adjust the color for optimal readability.

Alignment: Choose the perfect alignment for your seat label.

Duplication: Duplicate the seat to quickly create similar options.

Deletion: If needed, you can easily delete the seat from the map.

From the map editor, select the seat feature on the left navigation bar.

​Click "+ Multiple Seats".

Utilize the top bar to indicate how you'd like to draw the line your seats will be created on. You can have your seats created on a straight line or you can freehand draw the line.

​On that same top bar, set the shape, size, background color, and text color for your seats

Draw a line on the seat map where you would like your new seats to be created.
​

Enter the number of seats you want to create, and give each seat a unique title. Make sure to select titles that will fit within the seat size so they don't get cut off!

Click "✔ Save" on the top bar.
