This article assumes you have already gone through the process of creating a seat map. If you have not already created a seat map, start here instead.
Scale your seat map
Once you've completed the creation of your seating map, it's essential to scale the map appropriately to showcase the specific sections of the event where seats will be available.
To scale your map, stay in the "Backgrounds" tab and simply scroll down from the "Background type" section to "Background size."
Next, choose the image portion option.
Draw a line on the portion of the map that you know the scale of and enter the length of the line, making sure to specify pixels, feet, or meters. Then click ✔ Save when done, and your the rest of your map will adjust accordingly!
