Editing Ticket Questions After Purchase

Locate your tickets

  1. Make sure you are logged on to Eventeny.
    ​

  2. Hover over your profile picture and click on view profile.

Select the ticket you want to edit

  1. Scroll down to the tickets you want to edit the custom questions on.
    ​

  2. Click on view details.

Edit the answers to the questions

  1. On the ticket confirmation page, click on the "Additional Information" drop-down arrow to view your ticket answers.
    ​

  2. Click on the "Edit Response" button to edit your answer.
    ​​

  3. Enter your new response and click on ✓ Save.
