Remove Paid Items from a Submission

Learn how to remove booths, add-ons, and other paid items from a submission by adjusting the item's quantity.

⚠️ Heads Up: Applicants can edit certain portions of their application if the organizer has enabled submission edits. Editable sections are indicated by a pencil icon. However, applicants cannot remove items from the Prices section of a submission. This includes: booths, add-ons, sponsorship packages, equipment rental, any other paid items. Only event organizers can remove these items from a submission.

Remove A Paid Item

1. Navigate to your Submission list for the relevant feature (artists, vendors & exhibitors, volunteers, sponsors or other applications).

2. Open the submission you would like to modify by clicking on the view submission button.

3. Scroll down to the Payment section and click the item next to the button you would like to remove.

4. Change its Quantity to 0 and click the Save button.

ℹ️ Info: Setting the quantity to 0 does not completely remove the item from the submission. The line item will remain visible for record-keeping purposes, but because its quantity is set to 0, it will no longer contribute to the submission total and the applicant will not be charged for that item.
