Find Your Event Dashboard
- Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.
- At the top of the home page, select the event you wish to work with under the "Organize" tab.
- You should be brought to your event dashboard where you can review data about your event in forms of different graphs.
To access your event analytics, your event must first be published. If your event isn’t published yet, you’ll see a message prompting you to publish it. Check out this guide on how to publish your event for more details.
- This is your Revenue Graph, which provides a month-by-month breakdown of your sales for the current year. It categorizes revenue by 'Tickets,' 'Vendors,' 'Sponsors,' and 'Other Applications,' allowing you to easily track and compare sales across these different streams.
By hovering over the line plots for each month, you can view the exact sales figures for that specific period.
- The 'Visitor Trend' and 'Tickets Sold' graphs show the number of visitors checked into your event each month (for recurring events) and track the total tickets sold on a month-by-month basis.
- This section of the dashboard displays a breakdown of your event's applications in the "Application status" table, showing total submissions for 'Vendors,' 'Sponsors,' 'Volunteers,' and 'Other apps.'
By clicking on the underlined subtitles, such as 'Vendors,' you will be redirected to the submission list for that specific category, allowing you to easily manage and review applications within each subset.
- The "Payment Status" table functions similarly to the "Applications Status" graph above, breaking down the total revenue collected from "Vendors," "Sponsors," and "Other Applications." It provides a detailed view of the amount that has been "Paid," the "Unpaid" balance, and any funds that have been "Refunded."
- The "Ticket Sales by Location and Method" graph displays the percentage of ticket sales based on location and payment method, such as "onsite sales."
You can refine the graph by clicking on any method or location to remove it, allowing you to adjust the view according to your preferences.
- The "Product Sales Trend" graph shows the number of products sold each month, giving you a clear view of sales trends for any products being offered by the event organizer.
