What's In This Article?
This article assumes that you have created and scaled your seat map. If you have not created your seat map yet, we recommend starting here.
Connect Your Tickets
- Open your seat map from the maps section.

From the “Information” tab, go the to the “Ticket” section. Click the drop down and choose the ticket(s) that you want to assign to the map. Click ✔ Save when done.
Note: You can link multiple tickets to one seat map, but you cannot connect one ticket to multiple seat maps. - Go back to “Maps” from the Home tab and ensure that your seat map is toggled to “Live”.
- Navigate to “Tickets” and ensure that the ticket connected to the seating map is also toggled to “Live".
- Your tickets are now associated with your seating map, and attendees will be prompted to choose a seat when purchasing tickets linked to the map. Below is a the attendee view when purchasing a ticket that has seat selection available. Under the ticket quantity, you should see a “View Seat Map” option.
Note: For attendees to access the seat map option during ticket purchase, both the ticket and the seat map must be toggled to "live".
