Paying invoices via an application is straightforward and convenient, with two easy methods to ensure you never miss a payment. First, whenever an invoice is due, you will receive an email notification containing a direct link that allows you to pay the invoice right away. Second, you can access and pay your invoices directly from your account by logging into the applicant dashboard.
Pay Directly From Your Email
- When you receive the email notifying you that an invoice needs to be paid, make sure you are log in to your Eventeny.com account first before clicking on the "View invoice" button.
- You will be directed to your event application submission page in the "Invoices" section. Click the "Pay Invoice" button.

Choose your preferred payment method, enter your card or bank account details, and click "Submit."
You can also pay your invoice with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Klarna. Google Pay works in Chrome with a card saved in your Google Wallet, Apple Pay works in Safari with a card saved in your Apple Wallet, and Klarna works in both browsers. With Klarna, you also have the option to split larger payments into smaller installments over several weeks. - If you decide to pay via an ACH or bank transfer, you will be prompted to connect your bank account by connecting directly with your banking provider or manually entering in your account details.
- Once the payment is finalized, the status of the invoice will change to "Completed" and you will be able to access your invoice receipt by clicking on the hyperlinked invoice number or download your invoice.
Pay From Your Submission
- When you receive the email notifying you that an invoice needs to be paid, log in to your Eventeny.com account first.
- Hover over the "Participate" tab and click on the "Your Applications" menu option.

Click the "View/Edit" button next to the application for which you need to pay an invoice.
- You will be directed to your event application submission page. Scroll down to the "Invoices" section and click the "Pay Invoice" button.
- Choose your preferred payment method and click "Submit."
- Once the payment is finalized, the status of the invoice will change to "Completed" and you will be able to access your invoice receipt by clicking on the hyperlinked invoice number or download your invoice.
