Create A Deliverable

Log in to your Eventeny account. Hover over the “Organize” tab and select the event you want to work with.
- On the left side-bar menu, click the "Sponsors" drop-down arrow and select "Deliverables."
- Click on the "+ New Deliverable" button.
- In the Title field, type a short, clear name for the deliverable.
In the Description field, enter a brief explanation of what the deliverable is and any key details.
Use the Team Member dropdown to select the person responsible for completing the deliverable.
Once the title, description, and team member are set, save the deliverable by clicking on the "Save" button.
Manage Deliverables List
Once deliverables have been created, you can manage them from the deliverable list view. The list displays each deliverable’s Title, Description, Assigned Team Member, Number of Deals Associated, Last Modified Date, and Action options.
Click the pencil icon in the Action column to update the title, description, or assigned team member, or click the trash icon to remove a deliverable from the list.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple deliverables, with the option to add multiple deliverables to one or more sponsor deals.
Click on the "Actions" button to display the drop-down menu. There is an option to add the checked deliverables to one or more sponsor deals.
Next, select the deals you want to add the deliverables to and click on the "Add Deliverables" button. The added deliverables will be visible on the sponsor's deal. Learn more about managing sponsor deals here.
