Sometimes, you may run into an issue where you can’t log in, can’t find your account, or your tickets aren’t appearing. Don’t worry, most of these issues have a quick solution! Follow the steps below based on what you’re experiencing.
I Can't Login To My Account
Double-check your email and password. Make sure there are no typos (common ones include extra spaces or .con instead of .com).
Try resetting your password. Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password.
Check your email inbox and spam folder. Look for the password reset email and click the link to set a new password.

I Can't Find My Account
Confirm the email you used. Sometimes accounts are created with a different email than you expect (personal vs. work email).
Look for typos. A small misspelling (like “gmaill” instead of “gmail”) can create an entirely new account.
Check for duplicate accounts. If you accidentally created a second account, we can merge them for you so all your history is in one place.

I Can't Find My Tickets
Log into the account you purchased with. Tickets are sent to the email used at checkout. If you used a different email, log in with that one.
Check your spam/junk folder. The email containing your QR code may have been filtered.
Resend your tickets. From your Eventeny account, you can go to “Ticket History” and click “Resend Tickets.” Learn more about accessing your tickets from your Eventeny Account here.
