If you’ve already checked your email and logged into your Eventeny account but still can’t locate your tickets, there are a few common reasons this might be happening. You may have entered a typo in your email during checkout, used a different email address than the one you're logged into, or have multiple Eventeny accounts. Getting Started
- Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.
- In the top right-hand corner of the screen, hover over your profile icon, and click on View Profile.
- Your tickets will be listed under My Tickets.
- Click on view details to view details about the tickets in an order, the amounts charged, or to update attendee information on the ticket, such as name or email address.
Access Your Ticket Confirmation Page
- Upon clicking "view details," you should be taken to the same ticket confirmation page you saw when you first purchased the ticket. On the ticket confirmation page, you may notice sections for a QR code, Attendee Details, Ticket Details, Event Details, Payment Information and ticket deliverables (if applicable).
To resend your tickets to your email, click on the 'Resend Confirmation' button.
Print Your Tickets
- From the ticket confirmation page, select the "Print" button to print our tickets.
Access Your QR Code

From the ticket confirmation page, you will be able to view your ticket QR code. Your QR code acts as your ticket to get into the event of your choosing. Simply present the code to the individual at the entrance of the event and they will scan you in!
Ticket QR codes can only be scanned by event staff when you attend the event. If you try to scan the QR code from your phone, you will receive an error message or be mistakenly directed to a Google search.

I deleted my ticket confirmation email, how do I access my tickets?
Tickets are accessible via your email and in your eventeny.com account. If you deleted your ticket confirmation email, no worries, just follow the steps above to access your tickets from your account profile. From there, you can resend the tickets to your email if needed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, in most cases, you can transfer your ticket by editing the attendee name directly from the ticket confirmation page. If you don’t see the option to edit, that means the event organizer has not enabled this setting for attendees. In that case, we recommend clicking the “Contact Event Organizer” button on the event page to make your request directly. -
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope! Unless otherwise specified by the event organizer, a digital version is totally fine. Just make sure you can pull up the QR code on your phone at the gate for a smooth check-in.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Still no email? You may have entered a wrong email at checkout or used a different one than your current Eventeny account. Reach out to us at support@eventeny.com and we’ll help you locate your ticket and update your account if needed.

Why can’t I find my tickets in my Eventeny account?
There are a few possible reasons:

Different email used – You may have checked out with a different email than the one linked to your current Eventeny account.

Multiple Eventeny accounts – If you’ve used Eventeny before, it’s possible you accidentally created a duplicate account with a different email.
