How to Integrate Eventeny with Zapier

Zapier allows you to connect Eventeny with thousands of popular apps so you can automate tasks, save time, and reduce manual work. With Zapier, you can create workflows called Zaps that automatically move information between Eventeny and other platforms.

Generate An API Token 
 

Before connecting Eventeny to Zapier, you’ll first need to create an API token in your Eventeny account.
 

1. Log in to your Eventeny account. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Company Details.
   
   
    
2. On the left-side panel, click Developer.
   
   
    
3. Click the Create API Key button.
   
   
    
4. Enter a name for the key and a short description for the key. Click Create Key.
   
   
    
5. Locate the API key you just created in the list. Confirm the Status shows as Active. If needed, click the eye icon to reveal the full key. Click the copy icon next to the key to copy it to your clipboard. Keep this key available, as it will be used in the next steps when connecting Eventeny to Zapier.
   
   

Managing Your API Key
 
 

To manage an existing API key, click the three-dot menu under the Actions column next to the key. From there, you will see the following options:
 

• Disable Key – Temporarily deactivate the key so it can no longer be used.
• Regenerate Key – Create a new version of the key for added security. Any previous version will no longer work.
• Edit Key Info – Update the key name or description for easier organization.
• Delete Key – Permanently remove the key from your account.

Connect Eventeny to Zapier 

Once you have generated your Eventeny API key, you can use it to connect your Eventeny account inside Zapier and begin creating automated workflows.
 

1. Log in to your Zapier account.
    
2. Click Create Zap.
    
3. Choose Eventeny as your app.
    
4. Select the trigger or action you would like to use.
    
5. When prompted, paste your Eventeny API key into the authentication field.
    
6. Follow the remaining prompts to test the connection and finish building your Zap.
    
7. Turn your Zap On once setup is complete.
