Updating Email Notifications

Learn how to update your Eventeny notification settings for event updates, application and ticket activity, and account support emails to control how often you receive notifications.

Locate your notification settings

First, make sure you are logged in to Eventeny with the profile you wish to edit the notifications for.

​Then, hover over your profile icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen, then click account settings.

Once you're in account settings, scroll down and click on "Notifications" from the options on the page.

Update your notification settings

Select the notification settings you would like to receive. There are three sections to update according to your preferences. They are:

Event Notifications - Receive an email when there is a change in event status, you get a new follower or an event admin is added. The options for this section are "all" emails or "none".

Application & ticket notifications - Receive email when exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, & attendees complete their application or tickets. The options for this section are "all", "daily", or "none".

  • All - You will receive immediate, individual emails plus a daily summary informing you of each application submitted, and ticket purchased.

  • Daily - You will receive one daily summary email outlining all of the activity that happened the previous day. This includes all applications submitted, and all tickets purchased.

  • None - You will not receive any emails regarding applications submitted or tickets purchased.

Account Support - We may need to send you messages regarding your account, your events, legal notifications, security and privacy matters, and customer support request. You can disable phone contact, if desired.

For your security, you cannot disable email notifications and we may contact you by phone or other means if needed.

Once you've adjusted your selections, click save at the bottom of the page to make sure your settings are saved. Congrats! You've set up your notifications!
