What Is the Tickets API?
The Eventeny API lets you pull your event's ticket data directly into other tools, such as a spreadsheet, CRM, or custom app. With the Tickets endpoint, you can export ticket orders, see which attendee each ticket is assigned to, and track each ticket's status.
Generate an API Key
Before you can use the API, you'll need to create an API key in your Eventeny account.
1. Log in to your Eventeny account and click your profile icon in the top right corner. From the drop-down menu, select Company Details.
2. On the left-side panel, click Developer.
3. Click the Create API Key button.
4. Enter a name and a short description for the key, then click Create Key.
5. Find the API key you just created in the list and confirm the Status shows as Active. If needed, click the eye icon to reveal the full key, then click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.
ℹ️ Info: Treat your API key like a password. Anyone with your key can access your event data, so don't share it publicly.
Manage Your API Key
To manage an existing API key, click the three-dot menu under the Actions column next to the key. You'll see the following options:
Disable Key: Temporarily deactivate the key so it can no longer be used.
Regenerate Key: Create a new version of the key for added security. Any previous version will no longer work.
Edit Key Info: Update the key's name or description.
Delete Key: Permanently remove the key from your account.
