UPDATE SHIPPING SETTINGS
First, to access your ticket submission list, click on "List" in the Tickets menu.
Click the "Options" button in the top right corner of the submission list, then select "Shipping".
From there, you can view the following ticket information relevant to shipping: Name, Tickets, Address, Order ID, and Status.
Name: The purchaser's or recipient's name for the ticket mailing.
Tickets: Title and quantity of the purchased ticket.
Address: The mailing address for the ticket. Click "Edit" to edit the users address.
Order ID: The unique identifier for the ticket purchase order.
Status: The shipping status of the order is indicated as "Submitted," "Processing," or "Shipped."
Click the “Update” button to make additional changes to the ticket information. You can input details such as Delivery Service, Tracking Number, Mailing Date, and Shipping Notes.
Delivery Service: Choose the carrier used for mailing the tickets. Options include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Other.
Tracking Number: Enter the tracking number provided by the carrier.
Mailing Date: Specify the date the ticket was mailed.
Shipping Notes: Include any extra information you want the attendee to see.
Click " Save" when finished.

Any updates made in this section will reflect on the attendee’s ticket confirmation page as shown below.
EXPORT SHIPPING INFORMATION
From the "Options" button drop-down in the top right corner of the submissions list, click on "Shipping".
Click on the "export" button to download shipping information for all tickets with mailing purchased.
