CUSTOMIZE YOUR SHIPPING SETTINGS

Tickets: Select which tickets are eligible for shipping.

Click “Save” to confirm and save your preferences.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I be charged processing fees immediately if I absorb them?

No, processing fees won't be directly charged to your payment method. Instead, they're deducted from the amount you receive from the attendee. For instance, if the attendee is charged $5.00 and the processing fee is $0.50, you'll receive $4.50.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can offer for shipping?

No, there's no limit! You can make as many tickets as you'd like available for shipping. However, we suggest only offering as many as you can manage efficiently.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are 3% plus normal processing fees (2.9% + 0.30).
