Request a Refund for Tickets (Refundable or Without evProtect)

Learn how to request a ticket refund from an event organizer on Eventeny, including contacting them through your ticket details and what to do if they don't respond.

Refund requests for refundable tickets or tickets that are non-refundable and evProtect was not enabled / not purchased are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the event organizer. The eligibility for a refund is determined by the event organizer's policies outlined at the time of ticket purchase. Please review the event's refund policy and check to see if you purchased evProtect before contacting the event organizer.

Contact the Event Organizer

Login to your eventeny.com account. Hover over the "Participate" tab and select "Your Tickets".

You can also access tickets by navigating to your profile.

Select the ticket you want to request a refund for by selecting "view details" next to the ticket of your choice.

Locate the "Need Help?" box, and select the "Contact Event Organizer" button.

When requesting a refund, please provide detailed information regarding any extenuating circumstances. Maintain a polite tone in your communication, and be patient as event organizers can be very busy or may have a small team. We recommend allowing 3-4 days to receive a response from the event organizer on our platform before reaching out again.

No Response from the Event Organizer

If you haven't received a response from the event organizer within 3-4 days of reaching out on our platform, we recommend finding their direct contact information on their website, such as a phone number or email, for a quicker response. Contact information can usually be found on a "Contact Us" or "About Us" page.
