Manage On-Site Sales

Learn how to manage on-site sales on Eventeny, including viewing order details, issuing refunds, downloading receipts, and exporting a full sales report from your account.

Access Your On-Site Sales

From your business profile or the Eventeny home page, hover over your profile icon and select "Account settings" once again.

Select "My Orders."

From your orders page, click on the "On-site Sales" tab at the top.

In this tab, you can manage your on-site sales by searching through your orders and applying filters as needed.

Below the search bar, you will be able to view your orders. For each order, you’ll see the Order Number and buttons to Refund the order or Download a copy of the receipt. The order card displays key information about the transaction, including the seller name, purchase date and time, and the payment method used. Below that, the Item Details section breaks down each purchased item with its quantity, price, sales tax, processing fee, platform fee, and the total amount paid. This centralized view allows you to quickly review, manage, and take action on individual orders.

Issuing Refunds

While reviewing your orders, you can easily issue a refund by clicking the "Refund" button.

Process the refund by selecting the "Yes" button. Currently, there is no option to provide a partial refund.

Once the refund is confirmed, a "refunded" tag will be issued under the Action status tab. The customer will receive their refund in 5-10 business days.

Download Orders

To download the order, click on the "Download" button on the desired order and a file will be downloaded to your device.

Export A Sales Report

To export all sales, click on the "Export" button, and a file will be downloaded to your device.
