How Do Application Deadlines, Archiving, and Autosaving Work on Eventeny?
Eventeny provides tools to manage event applications efficiently. This article explains how application deadlines, archiving, and autosaving features work to help you navigate the platform effectively.
Understanding Application Deadlines and Archiving
When an event’s application deadline passes, any in-progress or submitted applications are moved to the archived list. This means you may no longer find or access an application in the active list after the deadline. Archiving ensures that only current applications remain visible in the active list, streamlining the application management process.
Accessing Archived Applications
If your application has been archived, you can still view it by applying a filter in your applications list. Follow these steps:
Open your applications list on Eventeny.
Apply the filter to show archived applications.
Once the archived filter is enabled, your application will appear, and you can view it from there.
Saving and Resuming Applications
Eventeny autosaves your application as you progress. Each time you move to the next page, the information on the previous page is saved automatically. This feature allows you to stop at any point and return later without losing the completed sections of your application. By understanding these features, you can better manage your event applications and ensure a smooth experience on Eventeny.
