Managing Payment Methods Across Your Event

Learn how to configure and manage the payment methods accepted for tickets, applications, booths, sponsorships, and other purchases throughout your Eventeny event.

1. Begin by navigating to the event you wish to work with. Hover over the "Organize" tab at the top of the homepage and select the event you wish to work with.

2. From your Event Dashboard, locate the Other Actions menu and click Settings to access your event's configuration options.


3. Scroll down until you see the Payment Method Settings section. This area displays the payment methods currently enabled for your event, including ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna Pay.

Click the Edit button.

4. Use the toggles next to each payment method to enable or disable them for new purchases and submissions. Simply toggle each option to Enable or Disable based on your preferences.

Click Save to apply your changes across the event. If you decide not to make any changes, click Cancel to exit without saving.

⚠️ Heads Up: Disabling ACH will only affect future submissions. Any payments that were previously submitted using ACH will continue to process normally.
