How does Eventeny process payments?
Eventeny partners with Stripe, the world's leading business-to-business payment processor. Stripe is trusted by renowned companies such as Amazon, Shopify, Uber, and many more. You can explore a wide range of Stripe customer stories from around the globe to see how Stripe has empowered businesses. Can I use multiple Stripe accounts for different events?
Organizers can also establish multiple linked accounts through Stripe. For instance, some organizers may prefer payments from different events to be directed to separate banking accounts. Moreover, organizers can assign different tickets or applications to specific accounts. The possibilities are endless within Eventeny.
What if someone purchases multiple tickets assigned to different Stripe accounts on the same order?
If an attendee purchases multiple tickets that each have a different Stripe account assigned to them, the payment will default to the primary account listed on the event. This is due to limitations on order processing, and only being able to route payments to one account per transaction. Otherwise, payments will route normally.
Can I use my own payment processor?
No. To provide customers a seamless experience, and to ensure our nearly 100% transaction success rate for valid transactions, Eventeny provides you with an internally optimized payment provider, Stripe.
