The All Volunteers section on your Eventeny dashboard is the central repository of every volunteer across all of your events. This means you can see all artists, vendors, and exhibitors in one place, without needing to open each event individually.
Find Your "All Volunteers" Repository
- Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny. From the homepage, hover over the "Organize" tab and select the "See all events" button.
- This opens the master list of all volunteers tied to your account. At the top of the page, you’ll find summary charts to help you quickly understand volunteer activity across all events:
Status Breakdown: How many applicants are Approved, Rejected, Waitlisted, Withdrawn, or Awaiting Decision.

Number of Volunteers Applied: A month-by-month count of total volunteer applications received.
Managing the Master List of Volunteers

Below the charts, you’ll see the complete list of all volunteers who have ever applied to any of your events. Each entry includes:
Name: Volunteer identification.
Email: The main contact email for the volunteer
Tags: Internal labels you’ve applied for easier sorting.
Events: Which event(s) the volunteer has participated in.
Job Title: The specific application they applied for.
From the master list of all volunteers, you can search across all volunteers using name, email address, event, or job title.

The Event and Application columns are also hyperlinked, so you can quickly navigate:
Event Column: Click to be taken directly to the specific event’s dashboard.
Application Column: Click to open the volunteer’s submitted application for a detailed view.
