User Roles and Definitions

Company Admins

Company Admins are not added to the event themselves, but to the company via company details. This access level gives a user full permission to access all aspects of every event created under the company profile, and to create their own events under the company.

Event Managers

Event Managers are added at the event level. Event Managers can be given different levels of access for each feature, so you can use the permissions below to grant only the access they need.

Team Members

Team Members have very limited permissions under an event, and cannot edit or create applications, deals, or tickets. Depending on the features they have access to, team members can manage volunteer applicants within their assigned department, check in tickets and applicants, sell tickets on the mobile app, and jury applicants.

Product Sellers

Product Sellers are not added to the event themselves, but to the company via company details. This access allows the user to sell merchandise through the Eventeny mobile app and access the company storefront to fulfill orders placed on Eventeny.

Permission Levels by Feature

When you invite an Event Manager or Team Member, you'll choose a permission level for each feature. Selecting None for any feature means the person won't have access to that section.
