Set a Primary Contact on Tickets & Applications

Learn how to set a primary contact on tickets and applications on Eventeny so the right team member receives messages from attendees and applicants for each event.

If you’re looking to control which person in your organization receives certain messages from attendees and applicants, you can set a primary contact on the ticket or application. Any messages related to those tickets or applications will be sent only to the primary contact. Please note that at this time, there is no capability to view messages sent to other team members—you can only access messages sent to your individual account.
