Before You Begin
Before selling tickets in the mobile app, make sure:
Products have been created on the web version of the platform.
A payment terminal is connected if you plan to accept card payments.
Access the Sell Feature
1. Open the mobile app and log in.
2. From the Events screen, select the event you want to issue tickets for.
3. Tap Sell in the bottom navigation menu.
4. Click on the Sell products option.
Sell Products
1. Browse the available products. Tap on a product to add it to the cart. Click on the product more than once to add more quantity. Review the subtotal and total at the bottom tap Checkout.
2. Select a payment method: Card (tap, insert, or swipe) using a connected terminal or Cash
3. Choose a tip amount if you are using the card payment method (if enabled, learn more about this setting here). Select a preset percentage or enter a custom tip.
4. Once payment is complete, a Payment recorded screen will appear From here, you can: tap Email to send a receipt, tap See order details to review the order, or tap New sale to begin another transaction.
