Enabling Kiosk Mode
1. Open the Eventeny Admin mobile app and log in.
2. From the Events screen, tap the event you want to manage.
3. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll to the Sell section and select Kiosk Mode.
5. Under Payment Terminal, tap Connect to pair your payment terminal.
6. Optionally, tap Create PIN to create a security PIN. If a PIN is created, it will be required to exit Kiosk Mode on that device.
7. Before entering Kiosk Mode, choose the settings you'd like to enable. Once your settings have been configured, tap Enter Kiosk Mode.
Checking In & Printing Existing Tickets
1. Attendees have two options to check in their ticket: they can either scan their confirmation QR code or enter their details to locate their ticket.
2. After locating their ticket, the attendee will see their ticket details, including the event date and time, confirmation number, and ticket status. The attendee can tap Print to print their ticket. If the Check in after print setting is enabled, the attendee will automatically be checked in once their ticket has finished printing. When finished, the attendee can tap I'm done to return to the Kiosk Mode home screen.
