Enable Facebook Pixel Tracking

Learn how to connect Facebook Pixel to your Eventeny event to track ticket conversions, build custom audiences, and retarget attendees for Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

You can now create a custom audience for your Facebook & Instagram ads using your event's ticket conversion data on Eventeny. Once set up, you'll be able to target, or exclude, folks who have purchased a ticket from your event in your next ad campaign for easy retargeting and/or audience narrowing.

Enabling Facebook Pixel Tracking with Eventeny is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below to set things up in a flash!

Locate Your Event Settings

Locate the event you'd like to track via Facebook Pixel and then click "Manage."

Turn your attention to the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen and then click on the "Other actions" subsection.

Click on "Settings."

Scroll down on the "Settings" page until you reach the "Marketing" section. Click the 'edit' button.

Type or paste the Facebook Pixel ID into the Facebook Pixel ID field.

Type or paste the Facebook Access Token into the Facebook Access Token field.

​Click "Save."
