Exporting your discount code information has been made much easier with the implementation of an export option. Now, you can export all discount codes created for your tickets with the click of a button! Follow the directions below to get a CSV file that you can use to analyze how well your discount codes are performing.
Locate your tickets
Navigate to the event that you would like to work on.
From the event dashboard, under Tickets, select "Tickets".
Select the ticket you want data on
Click on "Edit Ticket" on the ticket you wish to get your discount code data on.
Export your data
Scroll down to the Discounts section and click on ⤓ Export.
Select the fields that you would like in your export.
Click on ✓ Export.
A download will begin with the CSV file that contains all of the fields you selected for the discount code export.
