Find Your Ticket List
1. At the top of the homepage, hover over the Organize tab and select the event you wish to work with.
2. This is your event dashboard. On the left sidebar, select List under the Tickets tab.
Export Your Ticket List
1. Under the Options drop-down menu, there is an option to Export your ticket list.
2. A separate window will appear asking you to select the Export Type with the following options:
Ticket List: Exports a detailed list of all tickets sold, including ticket types, quantities, and associated buyers.
Buyer Summary: Provides a summary of all buyers, including contact details and total amounts paid.
Monthly Summary: Shows a breakdown of ticket sales and revenue by month, giving you an overview of your event's financial progress.
Mailing Information: Exports a list of all mailing addresses associated with ticket purchases for shipping.
Seller Summary: Provides a summary of sellers, including details of their sales and commissions earned.
Ticket Activity: Tracks all activities related to ticket sales, including purchases, cancellations, and refunds.
Attendee Tracker: Exports a list of attendees, allowing you to monitor who will be attending your event and their check-in status.
3. Next, you will select the Ticket that you would like to export this data from. You also have the option to select All Tickets.
4. Select the Date range of data that you would like to export.
5. Next select the export fields you want included and click on the Export button. A file will be downloaded to your computer.
