Manage Your Volunteer Settings

Learn how to set application limits per volunteer in your Eventeny event settings, including how to configure or remove submission restrictions for volunteer applications.

Locate Your Event Settings

Make sure you are logged in to Eventeny.

​At the top of the home page, select the event you wish to work with under the "Organize" tab.

Scroll down the left sidebar until you reach "Other actions," the second-to-last tab above "Preview." Click the dropdown and choose "Settings."

Managing Volunteer Settings

Scroll down to the "Volunteer Settings" section to manage the number of applications each volunteer can submit. To adjust, click "✎ edit" on the right.

You can set limits or leave it blank with the "No Limit" option if there are no restrictions. The maximum number of applications per volunteer is 12.

After selecting the desired limit, remember to click "✔ Save" at the bottom.
