ℹ️ Info: There are a few reasons an application may need to be reactivated after being withdrawn, for example, it was withdrawn by mistake, the applicant asked to be reconsidered, or an import set the status incorrectly. You can reactivate an application from its Submission details page. If you need to update many applications at once, see Bulk Approve, Reject, Waitlist and Withdraw Other Applications.
Locate the withdrawn application
1. Make sure you are logged into Eventeny. At the top of the homepage, hover over the "Organize" tab and select the event you wish to work with.
2. On the left sidebar menu, click on "Submission List" under the "Artists, Vendors & Exhibitors" drop-down menu.
3. Find the business you want to activate and click its name to open the Submission details page.
Activate the application
1. In the Business Information panel, look at the top-right corner, next to the page navigation arrows. Click the Activate icon.
2. The application's status updates immediately -- no additional confirmation step is required. The status changes back to Awaiting Decision, giving you the option to approve, reject, waitlist, or withdraw the application again as needed.
