Upon purchasing your tickets, you'll have access to view the details of your ticket mailing, making it easy to stay updated on the shipping progress. You can check the status of your ticket mailing in two ways: through the ticket confirmation page or directly in your profile.
TICKET CONFIRMATION
Right after purchasing your tickets, you'll land on the ticket confirmation page. Here, you can access Attendee Information, Ticket Details, Event Details, Payment Information, and Ticket Mailing.
- Simply scroll to the "Ticket Mailing" section and click the dropdown arrow to see more details about your ticket mailing.
- In the “Ticket Mailing Section”, you can view the Shipping Status, Tracking Number, Delivery Service, Shipping Address, and Shipping Notes.

- Shipping Status: Track whether your shipment has been submitted or shipped.
- Tracking Number: Find your tracking number to check real-time updates on the delivery service website.
- Delivery Service: See which delivery service is handling your shipment.
- Shipping Address: View the address where the tickets will be delivered.
- Shipping Notes: Find any additional information or instructions included in the shipping notes section.
CHECKING TICKET SHIPPING STATUS
At any time if you want to check the shipping status of your tickets, you can do this directly from your profile.

Make sure you are logged on to Eventeny.
- Hover over your profile picture and click on view profile.
- Scroll down to the tickets you wish to check the status of and click "View Details."
- Scroll to the "Ticket Mailing" section and click the dropdown arrow.
- Check the "Shipping Status" for updates on whether the ticket has been shipped. You can also enter the tracking number on the delivery service's website for further shipment details.
