All question responses except those that are signature fields can be edited, only the ticket holder can edit their signature.
Locate the Attendee's Ticket
- Log into your account on www.eventeny.com
- Navigate to the event that contains the ticket you would like to edit the answers to by choosing it from the "Organize" tab.

Click on the "Tickets" tab and select "List" from the dropdown menu.
- Select the ticket you would like to edit from the ticket list by clicking on "View Ticket".
If you have the ticket holder's name, email address, or confirmation code you can locate that ticket holder's purchase by using the Search feature at the top of the ticket list. - After clicking "view ticket" you will see the Ticket Information. Locate the question response you would like to edit under the "Responses" section. Click "edit" next to the response you would like to edit.
- Update the response to the question then click "Save".
Edited responses will show the name of the team member or company admin who made the edit. - Once you've finished editing click "Close".
