Find Your Event
- Make sure you are logged into Eventeny.
- At the top of the homepage, hover over the "Organize" tab and select the event you wish to work with.
Navigate to the Applicant's Submission
- On the left sidebar of your event dashboard, click on "Artists, Vendors, & Exhibitors" and click "Submission List".

Click "view submission" on the applicant you want to issue the ticket to. A new tab will open with the application.
- Scroll down to "Tickets" and then click "+ Issue Ticket".
- When the "Issue tickets and add-ons" modal pops up, select the "Tickets" tab and select the quantity you want to issue.
- After selecting the ticket quantity, you’ll see a Time slot selection dropdown if the ticket type includes timed entry. Use this dropdown to choose from the available time slots. Each option shows how many spots are left, helping you pick the best time for the attendee. Once selected, you can proceed with seat selection (if applicable) or continue to the next step.

If the ticket is linked to a seat map, you'll then have the option to assign a specific seat. Once you click on an available seat (like "Front Row 4"), it will appear at the bottom of the screen under "Seat(s)." To finalize the selection, click the Save button to move forward. - Next, input the applicant information. Select "Save" to continue.

You'll be directed to the Payment Information section. Here, enter the purchaser's billing details, including their first and last name, credit or debit card information, email address, and phone number. You can also choose whether or not to automatically check in the tickets by toggling the Check in tickets option.
If you want to issue the tickets free of charge, select the In-kind option as the payment method. - The applicant will get an email notifying them that they have received the tickets, and the tickets will be available for view under the Tickets section in the application, as well as in your tickets list.
