If you purchased evProtect at checkout for a non-refundable ticket and experience a qualifying event, you may be eligible to request a refund through evProtect. This optional add-on must be enabled by the event organizer and purchased during the initial ticket transaction. For a list of qualifying events, visit this guide.
If your ticket was refundable or evProtect was not purchased, refund requests are handled at the discretion of the event organizer, based on the refund policies outlined during your purchase. Before reaching out to the event organizer, we recommend reviewing the event's refund policy and confirming whether evProtect was part of your ticket purchase. For more information about how to request a refund for refundable tickets, please see this article.
